Hi families, I just read this beautiful line Khaled Hosseini — an Afghan writer whose work is rooted in culture, memory, and belonging — and it prompted this invitation to you... “If culture is a house, then language is the key to the door; to all the rooms inside.” I think about your kids when I read this quote. Born monolingual and turning into a polyglot has allowed me into SO many rooms that my friends could not go...I honestly take this as normal now, and I want this for your kiddo. My mission is now to take my 20+ years of language learning to fluency and turn kids fluent. Because each child is born standing on a front porch… curious, capable, ready. And whether they ever get to step inside that “house” — to feel at home in another culture, to speak with confidence, to truly connect with people beyond their borders — depends on the keys we hand them early, now, when they are young. The longer you wait, it's just harder, more resistance, the more objections...but aside from those exterior things, you want the brain to start becoming familiar with the sounds of the language now, that's really the key. Here’s the truth we don’t say out loud enough: You need a system and support! You're not meant to tackle this alone; that's too much. Inside our language community, we see that moment every single day. Kids who start shy and end up volunteering answers. Kids who go from memorizing words to actually using them. Families who realize, “This isn’t just a class… this is shaping who my child becomes.” And if you’ve been wondering whether your child is ready for more — real progress, real speaking, real confidence — then consider this your invitation. 🎉 We’re hosting a Virtual Open House!-How to get your kiddo speaking in 90 days 📅 Friday, December 12 If you want a learning environment where your child feels safe to try, to speak, to grow… we’re here. And if you have questions beforehand, just reply — I’m here to help. See you on Friday, the 12th! To your kiddo's fluency, Juliana |
