Here’s the deal: I’ve spent 20+ years teaching myself three languages (spoiler: I’m not perfectly fluent yet). I failed Spanish at 14 and thought, “No way am I ever going to speak another language.”

Fast forward: I earned a Master’s in Spanish Education, taught Spanish, French, and Italian up to university level, worked in private and public schools… and learned one big truth:

If they were, I wouldn’t have had to move to Buenos Aires after college just to finally live fluency.
